Our academic model is specifically tailored to meet the needs of our unique student population. SEA Charter School provides a California standards-based high school curriculum for six (6) hours daily. Students enroll through an 80-day contract designed to help them systematically catch up on their credits in order to either return to their home school or graduate directly from SEA.
In the classroom, SEA employs a Three-Station academic model. In the first “station,” students receive instruction directly from their teachers. In the second, students conduct independent and cooperative work; and in the third, they work at computers and on the internet, to study at their own pace.
